IIE website is http://iieinstitution.com and it gives list AICTE polytechnics list to give or claim the legitimacy of its courses.
The Institution of Engineers (India), 8 Gokhale Road, Kolkata needs to issue a press clarification on this issue as it is a matter of prestige to The Institution of Engineers (India), a premier institution of India established under Indian law.
